How To Repair A Damaged Memory Card (sd card) Simplified Method

Good morning Geeks in the house. This morning am going to reveal to you how you can repair or fix your damaged SD card or memory card. Most times our sd cards damage to the extent of not being recognized by our smartphones again and all efforts to format it proves abortive but sit down, relax as am going to give you a simple tutorial on how to get back your sd card working perfectly again.
Sd cards come in sizes and the higher the size, the more volatile to damage it becomes but here am concentrating on sd card generally. This tutorial can be applied to any type or size of sd card and you will still arrive at the same result.

To begin, you have to first of all insert the corrupted memory card into a card reader, and then connect the card reader to the computer.
Open RUN on your computer (to open RUN click on the “start” icon and enter “search for program” then type in RUN.

After opening RUN type in “CMD” in the provided text box.
After that, type in “DISKPART”.
Type in “LIST DISK”.
Type in “SELECT DISK 1”.
Type in “CLEAN”.
Type in “CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY”.
Type in “ACTIVE”.
Type in “SELECT PARTITION 1”.
Lastly type in “FORMAT FS=FAT32”.
NOTE: YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES FOR IT TO FINISH LOADING 1 -100%
After finishing this process remove your card reader from the computer USB port and also remove the SD card from the card reader. That is it.
Keep checking this page as am cooking up another method of repairing SD card without a computer.

  2. Yesterday (29*05*2017) night, a friend brought his laptop to me for a fix but after much checking, it was discovered that the HDD wasn't read by the system.

I tried the same HDD with my external HD and it worked like charm.

Now, my question is how can I fix the HDD so that it can be detected by the system?
