Zip code is a group of five or nine numbers which are added to a postal address to assist the sorting of mail and delivery of goods within and outside a particular region.

A mistaken or incorrect Nigeria zip code can cause your goods, letters and parcels to get missing or delayed in delivery, but with a correct zip code, your goods or documents will get to you faster and without issues.

It's unfortunate that many Nigerians don't know and can't say their state postal code by heart.
