Using Dual Flash Drive To Connect Smartphone and PC Makes Life More Easier

   
    A dual flash drive is a special type of drive that has a micro-USB connector on one end and a USB 3.0 connector on the other, making it the very simple and convenient to move files between your OTG-enabled smartphones, tablets and your PC, laptop or other computer. ✔ Plug the micro-USB end into the right port on your phone. Once you plug it, you should get a prompt in the notification centre showing you that a USB drive is plugged in, and the option to explore or eject it.
✔ Just tap “Explore” and the file manager will be launched to show you the contents of the flash drive.

Alternatively, you can access the contents of the dual flash drive by opening the file manager on your phone and you should see the external drive storage listed.

HOW TO EJECT SAFELY
Some of us always make the mistake of not paying attention to safe ejection of memory devices. This have led to many flash drives getting damaged on frequent basis because it is a volatile device. So it's advisable to safely eject the flash drive before unplugging it. To do this;

✔ Go to your phone settings
✔ Tap on storage
✔ Then, tap the USB drive eject button

After that, you will get a message that the drive has been safely ejected. Then, you can unplug the flash drive.
