The device screen is a 5.5" display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This is one part that the company doesn't play with.   1. Oga wizy... Pls I need ur help, I just flashed a soft bricked infinix hot note phone with a lollipop Os, and it was successful... But I observed that the infinix logo still appear and blinking even when the phone is up and working as if the screen is bad like blinking... Pls what should I do to stop it... This my verry first time of flashing a mobile phone pls help... Thanks in anticipation

    1. Sorry for the inconvenience. Victor, the problem is probably from a corupt boot image in the ROM you flashed.

      You need to download a good ROm for your device with good reviews and reflash. You can check good infinix hot note x551 custom ROMs HERE

  2. Thanks boss.. One more question pls... I want to upgrade mine to lollipop, it's rooted and I have already installed CWM Recovery. What should I do sir, should I only unroot and do the upgrade using sp flash tools? And will I loose my custom Recovery? Ur opinion and guidance is what I need. I want to do it this night thanks in anticipation sir

  3. Once u are not upgrading via OTA, you don't necessarily need to unroot but to remain 100% safe, no problem if you unroot.
    Then, if you are using a custom recovery, you might loose it.
