Leaked specs reveals that the Redmi Note 4X is expected to be powered by Mediatek Helio X20 chipset (a Snapdragon 653 variant could also be there). The phone will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display. In terms of memory, its RAM options include 2GB, 3GB, and 4GB, while storage options include 32GB and 64GB. Xiaomi is known for producing phones with different memory options.
