We Are Not Running iPhone X Giveaway Survey - 9Mobile

9Mobile has distanced itself from the ongoing fake Apple iPhone X Giveaway Survey circulating the internet recently. The embattled telecom company released a disclaimer on their website few minutes ago to create awareness so I'm doing my own part by also publishing it here so that you won't fall a victim to this.

The attention of the management of Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Limited (trading as “9mobile”), has been drawn to a survey circulating on the internet, claiming that 9mobile is purportedly giving away FREE Apple iPhone X.

We wish to notify members of the public that the said survey is a scam as it did not originate from 9mobile. The company is currently not running any FREE Apple iPhone X give away campaign.

We urge the public to ignore the survey being circulated as 9mobile publicizes its giveaway campaigns via its website, verified social media accounts and public media platforms."

This type of fake survey usually targets unsuspecting victims who fills their personal data and the fraudsters use these data to carry out series of activities including ha.cking of people's accounts.

Their sites are basically for phishin purposes and you won't be happy ending up in their trap. Stay clear friends!
