Finally Airtel Will Bring 4G LTE Network to Lagos, Abuja and PH

After a long wait, Airtel Nigeria has decided to join the 4G LTE bandwagons in the country after the likes of MTN, Glo, 9Mobile, Ntel, Spectranet, Smile made their respective 4G network available in the country. Airtel will roll out their own 4G network first in Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt.

This Airtel 4G LTE network is scheduled to be available in the 3 states this December according to an insider's report. Meanwhile, it's expected that other states and cities will stand the chance of enjoying the 4G services later in 2018.

It's still fresh in our memory that in November, Airtel NG had a collaboration with Ericson for core network upgrade which is a three-year contract with Ericsson to transform its core network in Nigeria thereby enabling faster and improved mobile broadband.
