  4. I wish they will look back and review their poor performance,
and after that putting heads together in other to offer quality service delivery to their customers because that is the only way they can redeem the lost glory.

  5. Now please permit me to add this,
the fact that most of the Telcos their service is not encouraging e.g data, call tariff, and airtime deduction aspect. Their are still more to their unpleasant delivery of service.
Take for example the yello network, although their customer care agent do pick calls on time, but they will never refund your money even ever a deduction is been carried out on your line.
I am using myself as a case study.
Deduction was carried out on my line for a service i never activated nor get an alert on in my line.
So i called them after their so called investigation, they told me that it was a system error bla bla that their network automatically did it, hearing that i was so happy that probably they will refund my money, but lo and behold i was told that i have enjoyed the service, that there is nothing they can do able it, oga wizy i was so mad that day eh..
The list is endless if i should go about listing out the flops of some of this network, airtel customer care are so rude, they even go to the extent of disconnecting your conversation with them for saying the truth, 9mobile customer care agent are smooth talking, in the event of you trying to reach them the call disconnect, they will call you back to know the reason why you called.
Glo customer care agent is also friendly, and they do help refunding your airtime, but before dem go pick your call, beans go don cook for fire. The best time to call them is from 2am down to 5am.
I have used all the network so i know most of the things their so called customers agent doesn't know.
    Thank for your time guys
