Shadowsocks is the latest VPN app working with 9Mobile 0.0KB cheat and as you all know, the app requires a valid server (IP) for it to establish connections. NOTE: I noticed this app works better on rooted phones. I mean, there has been series of reports from users on our Telegram Group who revealed that Shadowsocks connected on their phone but unable to power any app while some people said it powers only Facebook, Telegram and whatsapp.
