Just 6 days after 9Mobile distanced itself from the ongoing fraudulent iPhone X Giveaway spreading all over the internet which involves online survey activities, MTN Nigeria has just also issued a disclaimer on their official website and social media platforms stating that the so called Apple phone giveaway is not by any means connected to them.
Below is a sample of the disclaimer MTN just updated:
"Our attention has been drawn to a survey flooding the internet claiming MTN is supposedly giving away FREE Apple iPhone X devices.
Our attention has been drawn to a survey flooding the internet laying claims to MTNNG supposedly giving away FREE Apple iPhone. Kindly note that the aforementioned survey is a scam and does not come from MTNNG.
For more information on MTN promotions, products and services, kindly visit the corporate website www.mtnonline.com or follow @MTNNG on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter."
As you can see, let this serve as a warning. Don't for fall this scam!
